Greeting from Kastech Software Solutions!!Role: Workday HCM Functional Consultant Functional Modules: Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Core HCM, Benefits Experience: 2 to 3 Years Location: RemoteWe are looking for Workday Functional Consultants with hands-on implementation experience and certification inany oneof the following Workday modules: Payroll Absence Compensation Core HCM Benefits Key Responsibilities Participate in end‑to‑end Workday implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Configure and maintain business processes, security, and functional setups within the certified module(s). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues. Conduct impact analysis for system changes, release updates, and feature enablements. Prepare functional documents, test cases, and user training materials. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions. Coordinate with global stakeholders and ensure adherence to Workday best practices. Required Skills & Experience 2 to 4 years of experiencein Workday functional implementation(preferred)/support. Mandatory Workday certificationin at least one module (Payroll / Absence / TT/ Compensation / Core HCM / Benefits). Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, and integrations. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and client‑handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
