Position Overview The Civil Engineer - Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities at the project site ensuring work is executed as per drawings specifications quality standards and timelines The role requires strong technical knowledge coordination skills and the ability to manage site operations efficiently Qualification Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Experience 2 to 4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor Site Engineer in civil construction projects Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings specifications and safety standards Coordinate with contractors subcontractors vendors and site workers Monitor material usage quality and availability at the site Maintain site records including daily progress reports material logs and labour attendance Ensure adherence to project timelines and report progress to senior engineers management Identify and resolve on-site technical and execution issues Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality control norms Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed at the site Assist in measurement billing and documentation related to site work Required Skill Set Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs Basic proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Good coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability on site Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay - per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
