Job Title Molding Production Incharge Department Production Manufacturing Reports To Plant Head Location Haridwar Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and oversee daily molding operations to meet production targets Optimize machine utilization manpower and cycle times Monitor and maintain accurate production records Monitor and adjust molding parameters to ensure consistent product quality Implement process improvements to reduce scrap and rework Collaborate with engineers on new mold trials and process validations Supervise and manage molding operators technicians and helpers Provide training on equipment handling processes and safety Drive team performance and maintain discipline on the shop floor Coordinate with maintenance teams for regular upkeep of molding machines and molds Ensure molds are cleaned stored and maintained properly Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications Collaborate with the quality department for inspections and defect analysis Implement and uphold 5S ISO and other quality management systems Enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE usage Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the shop floor Qualifications Experience Education Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Production or Polymer Engineering preferred Experience 5-10 years in molding production plastic injection Hands-on experience in machine operations process optimization and troubleshooting Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s What is your Current Ctc What is your Expected Ctc What is your Notice period How many years of experience do you have in Injection Moulding Work Location In person
