Job description Job Title Pre Primary Coordinator Females Location ICSE School Campus - Vitthal Nagar vidisha Madhya Pradesh Job Summary The Pre Primary Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the overall kindergarten academic planning curriculum implementation teacher supervision and quality of instruction in alignment with Pre school guidelines The role ensures that all teaching and learning processes meet the school s academic standards and promote holistic student development Key Responsibilities 1 Curriculum Planning and Implementation Plan organize and supervise the academic calendar in accordance with Pre Primary norms Ensure effective implementation of lesson plans assessments and teaching methodologies Integrate skill-based and experiential learning activities into the curriculum 2 Teacher Support and Training Mentor and guide teachers in academic planning pedagogy and classroom management Conduct regular classroom observations and provide performance feedback Identify training needs and organize teacher development programs and workshops 3 Academic Monitoring and Evaluation Monitor student performance and learning outcomes through tests projects and exams Analyze academic results and implement strategies for improvement Maintain academic records and ensure timely submission of reports to management and CBSE authorities 4 Coordination and Communication Coordinate between management teachers students and parents on academic matters Conduct academic meetings review sessions and parent-teacher conferences Ensure smooth implementation of new Montessori Board initiatives and guidelines 5 Innovation and Quality Assurance Promote innovative teaching practices and use of technology in classrooms Maintain academic quality benchmarks and ensure continuous improvement Encourage co-curricular and value-based learning programs Qualifications Experience Postgraduate degree in relevant subject or Education Graduation along with NTT Montessori teacher tranining certificate is mandatory Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience and 2-3 years in an Pre Primary academic leadership or coordination role Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Key Skills Academic leadership and team management Curriculum design and planning Teacher mentoring and performance evaluation Strong communication and presentation skills Knowledge of CBSE examination and documentation processes Contact Job Type Full-time Pay - per month Benefits Food provided Ability to commute relocate Vidisha Madhya Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Pre Primary 5 years Required Language English Hindi Required Location Vidisha Madhya Pradesh Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
