Position Overview Ayodhya Eye Hospital are seeking a dynamic qualified and experienced academic leader to serve as Principal of our Institute of Optometry Ayodhya Eye Hospital Ayodhya The Principal will be responsible for providing academic leadership ensuring compliance with university and regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of excellence in teaching research and clinical training Key Responsibilities Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Institute Ensure adherence to Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University ABVMU and UP Government norms Supervise curriculum implementation and academic quality assurance Lead faculty development take lectures research initiatives and student engagement Oversee admissions examinations and university correspondence Maintain standards in accordance with regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies Foster partnerships with hospitals universities and vision care industries Eligibility Criteria as per ABVMU U P Government Norms Educational Qualification M Optom Master of Optometry from a recognized university Ph D in Optometry or Vision Science preferred Experience Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in Optometry including at least 5 years in a leadership or administrative role e g Professor Head of Department or equivalent Age Limit 35-60yr Desirable Proven record of academic leadership research publications and contribution to professional development in Optometry Skills Competencies Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and mentoring abilities Commitment to academic integrity and innovation in teaching Ability to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and research Share your resume -hraeh0042 yahoo com or call Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
