Role Description The Head of Finance and Accounting will oversee and manage all financial operations for SM Developers’ housing and mall division. This includes preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and implementing effective financial strategies to optimize the company’s financial health. The role requires excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities to guide the finance and accounting team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting practices Advanced Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making Leadership experience in managing financial teams and coordination with operations Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in accounting and finance Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and a Master’s or CA certification is preferred Proficiency in financial software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
