ABOUT THE ROLE As a Software Engineer focused on AI-driven development and DevOps automation, you will help transform how software is built, reviewed, and deployed. Working at the intersection of AI, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering, you’ll shape intelligent workflows that enhance developer productivity, code quality, and security. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Generate code artifacts from Jira technical specifications; - Enable AI-assisted code generation (Java/Python); - Implement AI-powered PR summarization and contextual reviews; - Automate unit test generation during PR workflows; - Automate vulnerability detection and AI-generated fix PR creation; - Generate deployment configurations using pre-built templates; - Embed policy-as-code and security guardrails into CI/CD pipelines; - Integrate AI agents into GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines; - Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments; - Support branching strategies, PR validation, and deployment automation; - Build AI-assisted runbooks and automate incident classification. MUST HAVES - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field; - 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience; - Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java; - Experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines; - DevOps exposure (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform); - Understanding of secure SDLC and vulnerability management; - Upper-intermediate English level. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within the IT or OT software industry servicing large accounts; Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, TCP vs UDP troubleshooting, and routing basics; Experience working with VPNs and proxy authentication scenarios; Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting firewall rules inbound and outbound; Awareness of conditional access and secure gateway concepts; Knowledge of ports and protocols; Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT/OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial IoT; Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including challenges, architectures, and decision-making processes; Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences; Experience with enterprise-level SaaS implementation engagements and solution design; Proficiency with modern tools and platforms such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware; Fluency in English.
