The role involves overseeing the operations of multiple salon branches within the Punjab region, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, analyzing sales and revenue targets, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Area Manager is also responsible for training and developing staff, handling customer feedback, and contributing to the growth and development of the company’s brand in the region.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills for supervising multiple teams effectivelyExperience with sales, revenue management, and inventory controlKnowledge of marketing and customer relationship management strategiesAbility to create training programs and foster professional development for team membersExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsPrior experience in the salon, beauty, or retail industry is advantageousWillingness to travel across the Punjab region as requiredBachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred
