E Sentry Focus (≈50%)1. Positioning, Messaging & Personas (E Sentry)· Own the core narrative for E Sentry: what it is, who it’s for, and how it improves safety, reliability, and NFPA 70B compliance.· Develop persona-based messaging for reliability engineers, electricians, maintenance leaders, plant managers, and executives.· Connect sensors, gateways, Smart Window, and the E Sentry platform/EVA into a single, coherent solution story.2. E Sentry Go-to-Market & Launches· Lead GTM for E Sentry releases: Start Kits, Smart Window, Pro sensor/gateway lines, and major platform features.· Build launch briefs, timelines, and checklists; align product, engineering, sales, and marketing on what’s shipping and how to sell it.· Define and track launch KPIs (pipeline, attach rates, win-rates, usage/adoption).3. Competitive & Market Intelligence (E Sentry)· Own competitive and market insights for IoT/condition monitoring / predictive maintenance competitors.· Create and maintain E Sentry battlecards, positioning comparisons, and “why we win / why we lose” summaries.· Provide the product team with structured feedback from the field to influence roadmap and priorities.4. Sales & Channel Enablement (E Sentry)· Create field-ready assets: E Sentry decks, one-pagers, RFQ language, objection-handling guides, ROI/value tools, and pricing/packaging summaries.· Equip distributors and partners with localized/co-branded E Sentry content and training sessions.· Maintain an organized E Sentry content library that sales and partners actually use.B. Product Launches & Refreshes (Broader Portfolio)· Lead or support launches and updates for IR Windows, Safe-Connect, Sonus, FlexIR, and CBM accessories.· Create concise launch packs: messaging, FAQs, one-pagers, sales talking points, web/landing page briefs.· Partner with regional teams to tailor launches for local needs and key verticals.7. Sales Enablement & Cross-Sell Motions (Portfolio)· Build sales tools that make it easy to cross-sell:o IR Windows + E Sentry Start Kitso Safe-Connect + condition monitoring programso Sonus + ultrasound inspection workflows· Develop comparison sheets, application notes, and use-case narratives that show how IRISS products work together in CBM programs.· Support global distributors with portfolio training and simple “what to sell when” guidance.8. Campaigns, Website & Distributor Portals· Partner with digital marketing on campaigns that feature both E Sentry and legacy products (e.g., NFPA 70B modernization, electrical maintenance programs, safety & compliance themes).· Provide briefs and messaging for web pages, landing pages, and distributor portal content across the portfolio.· Help ensure the new IRISS website tells a unified story from point-solutions (windows, connectors) to connected monitoring (E Sentry).9. Customer, Distributor & Market Insight (Portfolio)· Gather input from customers, distributors, and internal teams on product fit, pricing, objections, and competitive pressures across all product lines.· Synthesize findings into clear recommendations for product, pricing, and GTM strategy.Qualifications:Required· 4+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally in industrial technology, IoT, electrical reliability, sensors, predictive maintenance, or SaaS.· Ability to translate highly technical concepts into customer-friendly narratives.· Strong experience with product launches, competitive positioning, and value-based messaging.· Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills.· Experience building assets for sales enablement and demand generation.· Strong collaboration with engineering, sales, and leadership teams.Preferred· Experience in predictive maintenance technologies, reliability engineering, power systems, or electrical safety industries.· Familiarity with marketing automation (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), CMS (WordPress/Elementor), and PIM/DAM systems.· Knowledge of global market dynamics across LATAM, APAC, India, and Europe.· Ability to analyze data and turn insights into marketing recommendations.
