You will manage a portfolio of clients provided by the company, help them find properties suited to their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process from initiation to closure.Key Responsibilities:● Present and recommend suitable residential properties to clients based on their investment preferences.● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.● Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to post-sale engagement.● Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective clients.● Participate in negotiations and help clients make informed decisions.● Stay updated on market trends, competition, and sales strategies to offer valuable insights.● Drive revenue growth by achieving allocated targets and identifying new opportunities.
