We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations to support event execution and operational planning for corporate events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.The role will involve vendor coordination, logistics management, costing support, and on-ground event operations to ensure seamless execution of projects.Job Responsibilities:Vendor ManagementSource and onboard vendors, suppliers, and service providers for event requirementsNegotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiencyMaintain strong relationships with vendors and manage vendor performanceCosting & Budget SupportAssist in preparing event costing and budgets under the guidance of senior team membersCoordinate with vendors to obtain quotations and compare pricingSupport cost optimisation while maintaining quality standardsEvent Operations & LogisticsAssist in planning and coordinating event logistics including venue setup, equipment, staffing, and transportationSupport location research and venue scouting for eventsCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event executionOperational CoordinationManage supplier coordination and ensure timely delivery of resourcesAssist in contracting with vendors and managing operational documentationSupport on-ground event execution and troubleshooting during eventsPreferred BackgroundExperience working with corporate events, brand activations, or large-scale experiential eventsPrior experience in an event management or experiential agency
