Position Title: Head Examinations & University Affairs Location: Durgapur, West Bengal Employment Type: Full-time Administrative Role Purpose of the Role: Oversees examination administration, maintains university and regulatory compliance, and manages official liaison for all academic and policy matters. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate internal and external exams, following university norms. Ensure secure handling of exam materials, answer scripts, and results. Serve as liaison for all communications with affiliating universities and councils. Manage student academic data, registrations, and statutory submissions. Implement automation and digitization in exam and results management. Ensure compliance with regulations on assessment, record-keeping, and audits. Support university audits, inspections, and convocation activities. Qualifications and Experience: Postgraduate, preferably with experience in exam management or university liaison. 15+ years in academic/exam administration, 3+ in a senior administrative Examination role.
