We work primarily with clients in the UK, US, and Europe.Role OverviewWe're looking for someone who can take a qualified lead, run a sharp discovery call, consult on the right solution, and close the deal. This role owns the sales cycle from first meeting to signed proposal. If you're good at understanding business problems and matching them to the right technology, this is a strong fit.Position: Account Executive Market: UK, US, and Europe Work Model: On-site in Goa Hours: UK time zoneKey ResponsibilitiesConducting discovery calls with qualified prospects to understand their business requirementsConsulting clients on the best Zoho and Pipedrive applications and configurations for their needsAdvising clients on the right licensing tier and user count for their needsScoping implementation requirements and preparing proposals with estimated timelines and costsRunning product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's use caseManaging the full sales cycle from demo to proposal to closeCollaborating with SDRs to convert booked meetings into sales opportunitiesMaintaining accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRMAchieving monthly and quarterly revenue targetsStaying current on Zoho and Pipedrive product updates, new features, and best practicesPassing customer feedback and market insights to marketing and delivery teamsRequirements3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, inside sales, or B2B salesExperience conducting product demos and closing dealsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsFluent, professional English, written and spokenComfortable working to revenue targets and KPIsHands-on experience with a CRM system (Zoho experience is a plus)Self-driven with a consultative approach to sellingNice to HaveExperience selling CRM, ERP, or business software solutionsBackground in IT services, SaaS consulting, or B2B professional servicesFamiliarity with solution selling or consultative sales methodologiesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesHands-on exposure to SaaS consulting, CRM platforms, and enterprise applicationsA growing team with real opportunity to shape how we sell and scaleOn-site work from Goa
