Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile : -2+ years of relevant experience in Pharma industry especially in data reconciliation & Forecasting and analyticsAbility to translate business problems into most efficient and effective analysis plan; execute the analysisincluding data pull and data preparationAbility to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, primarily with internal stakeholdersStrong analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complex situations, collecting data,effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture of the performanceJob profileSales Co-ordination and Reconciliation:Responsible for co-ordinating with Distributors & Commercial team for collecting Stock & Sales Statement &reconciliation of sales data.Working closely with finance for collecting sales data and prepare & submit sales flash to commercial team ondaily and at regular intervals.Co-ordination with Commercial team in accurate updation of HCP/Account level Secondary in CRM tool withintimeline and prepare & submit quintile report to commercial team.Preparation of monthly and ad hoc reports & PPT that track, monitor and analyze the Business & Performanceagainst the Budget & Field TargetsResponsible of making MIS report for daily, monthly & quarterly reports.Provide timely, accurate & high quality analysis to commercial team for supporting in business decisionsPreparation, Monitoring and evaluating employee level sales performance and also ensuring Business Hygieneas per SOP and conduct quality checks on various reports and analysisSupport BE team by providing relevant data for incentive calculations.Commercial discounts:Co-ordinating with finance department and support in implementation of commercial policyTracking, analysing and providing insights on account/HCP level commercial discount on timely basis tocommercial team.Data updation in CRM Tool:.Co-ordinate with BE team/CRM Vendor and ensure regular up-dation of Distributor, Product & Discountmasters.Ensure accuracy of sales data in CRM tool across roles.Target and Sales Forecasting:Understand business needs and objectivesSupport commercial team in preparation of Target and sales forecast with relevant sales trendsMaster Maintenance:Responsible to maintain accurate Distributor, Employee, Product & Price masters.Business insights· In-depth understanding and knowledge on sales, sales reporting systems & experience of handling large data.· High business acumen with ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accuracy in a very fast-pacedenvironment· Strong communication and have excellence customer management skill.Ability to do multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines· Communication skills are important because their work involves producing recommendations and preparationof presentations with insights.KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:Proficiency in EnglishComputer Literacy & Excellent Excel Skill.Communication skills – Written, Verbal & Presentation skills.Energy & Enthusiasm, Teamwork & Co-operation.Ability to work independently and also Good Team player.Planning, Business Insights and Prioritizing.Decision-making & problem solving.Drive for Results
