Zepto offers an extensive range of 45,000+ products, from fresh groceries to electronics, beauty essentials, apparels, toys and more, delivering across 50+ cities within minutes*.Zepto Café extends our commitment to convenience, featuring a curated menu of over 200 fresh items.Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver : ● Conduct market research through direct outreach and consumer calling to gather feedback on products, preferences, and overall experience ● Compile and analyze consumer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and key insights ● Support market research and competitive benchmarking across relevant categories ● Assist in organizing and analyzing data using Excel to support research and insight generation ● Prepare reports and summaries based on research findings for internal stakeholders ● Contribute to building a stronger understanding of consumer behavior and market trends relevant to the business ● Assist the team with basic data tracking and documentation related to research activitiesAre you who we're searching for : ● Strong communication skills, particularly for interacting with consumers over calls. ● Comfortable with consumer outreach and feedback collection. ● Basic analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and summarize data. ● Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data organization and basic analysis). ● Interest in market research, consumer insights, and startup ecosystems. ● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Internship Duration: 6 monthsSounds like we’re talking about you?
