Role & responsibilities1. Drive end-to-end blue-collar hiring for pharmacy and delivery operations with high-volume targets.2. Monitor and improve monthly hiring quantity and ensure saturation of Pharmacist positions.3. Enhance fill rates using rolling 4-week check mechanisms.4. Ensure timely onboarding of delivery personnel from the MRF (Manpower Requisition Form) date.5. Maintain optimal candidate pipeline health and bench stock for delivery staff.6. Execute regional hiring drives, job fairs, and collaborate with local channels for sourcing.7. Innovate and implement new sourcing strategies and recruitment channels for semi-urban/rural outreach.8. Conduct vendor management and performance evaluations for third-party hiring agencies.9.
