It provides data labeling, model evaluation, and software to develop applications for artificial intelligence.Position: Senior Payroll Specialist / Payroll Processor (US Payroll)Locations: BangaloreJob Type: Full TimeWork Type: OnsiteWork Model: Monday – Friday | Office-basedWorking Hours: US Time Zone (East Coast / EST) – Graveyard ShiftJob Description: We are seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist to support large-scale payroll operations for a fast-growing global technology company.The role will manage end-to-end US payroll processing across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll execution.This role will also support payroll accounting, reconciliation activities in NetSuite, and coordination with international payroll teams and HR stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have strong ADP payroll platform expertise, US multi-state payroll experience, and working knowledge of payroll accounting processes.Key Responsibilities:US Payroll Processing:Process end-to-end US payroll for employees across multiple states (potentially all 50 states).Manage payroll for ~1300 global employees, including hourly and salaried staff.Handle bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles.Ensure payroll accuracy including:EarningsDeductionsTaxesBenefitsCompliance requirementsInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries.ADP Payroll AdministrationOperate and manage payroll processes within ADP payroll systems.Run payroll reports, validate payroll data, and identify anomalies.Maintain employee payroll records within ADP.Work closely with HR to ensure employee data accuracy.Payroll Accounting & ReconciliationPerform payroll-related accounting and reconciliation activities in NetSuite.Ensure payroll journals, accruals, and reconciliations are recorded correctly.Collaborate with Finance teams to reconcile payroll transactions.Benefits & ComplianceAddress employee benefits-related payroll impacts.Ensure payroll compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.Maintain audit-ready payroll documentation.Global Payroll CoordinationSupport the international payroll team by coordinating with external payroll vendors.Act as liaison between:HRFinanceThird-party accounting partnersProvide payroll data and reporting support for global payroll operations.Reporting & Analysis:Generate payroll reports for Finance, HR, and leadership.Provide payroll analytics and variance reporting.Required Qualifications5–10+ years of payroll processing experience (US payroll mandatory).Strong experience with ADP payroll systems.Hands-on experience with NetSuite payroll accounting / financial reconciliation.Experience processing multi-state US payroll.Experience managing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles.Strong knowledge of:US payroll tax regulationsBenefits deductionsPayroll compliance requirementsExcellent problem-solving and data reconciliation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting all 50 US states payroll operations.Exposure to international payroll coordination.Experience working with fast-growing global technology companies.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Work EnvironmentWork is primarily performed in a professional office environmentCollaboration with global teams across US time zonesWork schedule aligned with US Eastern Time hoursHybrid flexibility may be available depending on operational neeTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
