Expertise in PCB layout guidelines, design reviews, and SI/PI simulations. Strong hands‑on and debugging experience with communication interfaces such as RS‑232/422/485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, DDR, and Flash memories. Strong working knowledge of industrial PLCs, SCADA/HMI systems, and communication protocols such as MODBUS, HART, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and 4–20 mA. Experience in hardware test plan preparation, board bring‑up, functional verification, DX design and debugging. Working experience with schematic design tools (Cadence OrCAD Capture), PCB layout tools (Allegro), and circuit simulation tools (PSpice/LTSpice). Experience in product sustenance activities including EOL and obsolescence management. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as mechanical, firmware, and software teams. Working experience with DFMEA, derating analysis, and reliability analysis. Strong experience in EMI/EMC compliance activities. Strong hands‑on experience with hardware test equipment such as oscilloscopes (CRO), multimeters, and logic analyzers.
