Fluent Commerce DeveloperJob descriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist with expertise in Fluent Commerce Order Management System to join our dynamic organization. The individual will be responsible for supporting global regions, managing our order fulfillment processes, ensuring seamless transactions, and providing exceptional customer service internally and externally.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Lead and provide direction in the development and implementation of efficient business solutions using Fluent Commerce Order Management System (OMS).· Develop and Implement Fluent Commerce Order Management System in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring the successful completion of projects according to scope, deadlines, and budgets.· Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Tech Support, Logistics, Finance, and IT Support functions to ensure alignment of order management processes with business requirements and objectives.· Manage relationships with external vendors providing managed services support for running the Fluent Commerce Order Management System, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.· Promote best practices, coding standards, documentation practices, governance, and architectural principles within the team to facilitate efficient implementation of the order management system.· Maintain the highest standards of IT security and compliance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and more.· Provide continuous improvement initiatives, identify optimization opportunities, and implement enhancements for various customer segments, geographic regions, and product lines to improve efficiency and streamline processes.· Act as a subject matter expert for Fluent Commerce Order Management System (OMS) and provide training and support to internal stakeholders on order management best practices, system usage, and new features/functionalities.· Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to order management.Required Qualifications:· Minimum of 5 years of experience in order management, with at least 3 years of experience managing projects and vendor relationships in a cross-functional environment.· Proven expertise in Fluent Commerce Order Management System is required.· Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, logistics, and inventory management principles.· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.· Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.· Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus.· Should be proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucid, Smartsheet.· Certification or training in order management systems and processes is a plus.Education Requirements:· Bachelor's degree (B.S.); Major or Minor in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
