The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing details about the institution and available programs, guiding applicants through the admission process, addressing inquiries, and maintaining regular follow-ups. Additional duties include managing and maintaining accurate records of interactions, assisting in resolving queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students and parents.Proficiency in telecalling, counseling, and handling inquiries professionally.Experience in using CRM tools or other relevant software to maintain and organize data is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with different departments.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.A proactive and positive attitude coupled with a customer-centric mindset.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.Prior experience in education, admissions, or client relations is a plus.Student Looking for internship (from MBA Background or Design Background) will be preferred
