The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Power BI reports and dashboards. The role includes managing data integration processes using ETL tools, creating data models, optimizing data warehouse structures, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and meaningful visualizations is a key component of this role.QualificationsExperience in BI, analytics, or data modeling roles.Advanced proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).Skill with Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePointStrong SQL skills with hands‑on experience in Snowflake, Databricks, or similar product.Experience designing or supporting self‑service analytics environments.Knowledge of database structures and theoriesKnowledge of enterprise information management processes and methodologies, relational database management systems, and metadata managementKnowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations (PII) relevant to data management and data governanceExperience in working in fast-paced and ever-changing environments; achieving project’s deliverables and deadlines; exercising sound judgment in making critical decisions; analyzing complex information and developing plans to address identified issues.Skill in interpersonal relationships, including the ability to work with people under pressure, negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of personnel.Experience in data focused projects, like moving from Legacy tonewer systems.Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in data processing, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
