Don't just build a career, Love IT.We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with a primary focus on Learning & Training Development to design, drive, and continuously improve our technical learning ecosystem across our international organization delivering Managed Services and Professional Services. This role is focused on building strong technical capability, accelerating onboarding and upskilling, enabling career growth, and ensuring our teams have the skills needed to deliver high-quality services to customers—today and in the future. The candidate will also handle general HR and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Skill Development – You define and execute the skill development strategy for technical roles, translate business goals, technology roadmap, and service demands into a clear skills roadmap and learning priorities and build a scalable learning framework that supports both growth and operational stability. Skills Framework & Career Pathing – You develop and maintain a skills matrix by role, create structured career paths and progression criteria with skill expectations and learning milestones and implement role-based development plans and guide managers on how to use them consistently. Talent Development – Partnering to identify skill gaps and create actionable improvement plans, support performance and growth cycles with learning recommendations tied to role expectations and enable internal mobility by preparing employees for new responsibilities and roles. Operations & Administration – You coordinate performance management program, drive and foster global culture built on collaboration, accountability, innovation, high performance and drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance communication, and teamwork. You assist People and coordinate operations activities within mispa. Learning & DevelopmentConduct training needs analysis through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with department heads.Identify skill gaps and develop annual training plans aligned with organizational goals.Design and develop training modules, workshops, and leadership development programs.Facilitate onboarding training for new hires and continuous learning programs for employees.Training Delivery & CoordinationOrganize and conduct internal training sessions, workshops, and seminars.Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and institutions when required.Manage training schedules, logistics, and related documentation.Learning Management & EvaluationImplement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other learning platforms.Track employee training records, certifications, and performance improvements.Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and KPIs; suggest improvements.Employee Development SupportAssist managers in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs).Align training initiatives with performance management systems.Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.General HR & Operations SupportAssist with HR operations including documentation, employee engagement, and HR reporting.Support HR projects and initiatives beyond training and development.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.2–5 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to Learning & Development or Training.Skills & Competencies:Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsTraining design and instructional development expertiseOrganizational and project management skillsAnalytical abilities for evaluating training effectivenessProficiency in HR software and LMS platformsAbility to collaborate across teams and departmentsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Training completion and participation ratesEmployee skill improvement metricsTraining satisfaction scoresInternal promotion and talent development ratesEffectiveness of onboarding programsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to lead impactful learning initiatives and contribute to employee growth.Exposure to diverse HR operations and projects.Collaborative work environment fostering innovation and continuous learningOur OfferAt mispa Technologies, we focus on IT consulting, and managed services that use Innovative Technologies.
