Role : B2B Sales Executive ( Horeca / Institutional sales )Key Responsibilities:• Identify and acquire new B2B clients including corporates, offices, hotels, restaurants, and institutional customers. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, field visits, and referrals. • Present product offerings, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client servicing. • Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the organization. • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.Required Skills:• Strong communication and negotiation skills • Experience in B2B sales / institutional sales • Ability to build long-term client relationships • Good market understanding and business acumen • Target-driven with strong closing abilityPreferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Prior experience in FMCG, food & beverage, coffee brands, HoReCa, or corporate sales will be an added advantage.
