Key Responsibilities:Responsible for leading, motivating and supervising the team of Quality AnalystsIdentify root causes and recommend solutions for improvementPlan new batches and ensure smooth transition from NHT to OJT and then to production phaseTake complete responsibility of performance on the Quality metricsDrive/identify improvement areas in assigned area/project especially 0- 90 days performanceTo Create and maintain Knowledge base and up skilling of resources with change in the processSet up, improve, drive and streamline monitoring, feedback & other internal processes related to Quality and ComplianceDevelop Controls to minimize external and internal escalationsCollect Data, perform analysis and RCA on metrics and publish reportsDrive Process control & Compliance in addition to managing the audit requirementsMonitor & conduct deep dive analysis on areas of opportunities within the account and implement corrective actions, to help achieve desired results- on an ongoing basisFocus on identification and highlight any/all compliance defects and recommend action planOwnership of compliance, data security and risk assessment for the process - highlight non-compliance in time to avoid surprises or before reported by external sourcesConduct Weekly Review the Reviewer for all Quality analysts and provide appropriate coachingDesired Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGraduation in any disciplineExperience in coaching individuals via observation, feedback, mentoring and task demonstrationProficient with MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)Ability to analyze data and extract insightsAbility to drive initiatives to closure by inter-functional collaborationAnalytical Skills / Quantitative skills - Should be able to interpret and analyze large volumes of data – at LOB or site levelPrioritization and time-management; ability to meet timelinesMust have the ability to work under pressureInterested candidates can directly call at 8368529190 or email at
