Our mission is to help organizations adopt and operationalize AI and modern technologies with speed, precision, and accountability.We move fast, operate with extreme ownership, and focus relentlessly on delivering impact.Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned SAP SD/MM Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, along with hands-on implementation and migration experience.Key Responsibilities• Lead configuration of SD/MM processes:o Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billingo Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Inventory• Configure document types, pricing procedures, release strategies, and account determination.• Ensure seamless FI/CO and PP integration.• Support ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives.• Validate end-to-end business process accuracy.Required Experience• 8+ years SAP SD/MM experience.• Proven experience in full SD/MM implementations or S/4HANA migrations.• Served as Lead Consultant on at least one project or major workstream.• Strong understanding of cross-functional business impact across finance and supply chain.• Ability to clearly articulate end-to-end process ownership.Client Evaluation Criteria (Applicable to All Roles)Candidates must:• Have completed at least one full implementation or migration (clearly mention how many on profile).• Have been a Lead on at least one project (not required on all).• Demonstrate strong communication skills.• Clearly explain their exact responsibilities in each implementation.• Understand and articulate how their role impacts other modules and business functions.Be able to confidently speak to everything listed on their resume.Resumes must clearly mention:• Number of implementations/migrations.• Role played (Lead / Workstream Lead / Consultant).• ECC vs S/4HANA exposure.• Business impact delivered.
