We’re Hiring | Devyani International Limited | Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HRBP Location: Bangalore (Handling Karnataka & Kerala Markets)Brand: Pizza HutJob PurposeWe are looking for an experienced HR professional to work as an HR Business Partner for the Pizza Hut business across Karnataka and Kerala. The role will manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned stores and closely partner with the Operations team to support business growth and smooth store functioning.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the HR Business Partner for assigned Pizza Hut stores in Karnataka and Kerala.Manage manpower planning and bulk hiring for store-level and frontline roles.Work closely with Regional Business Heads, Area Coaches, and Store Managers to plan staffing and control manpower costs.Oversee onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires.Handle the complete employee lifecycle – confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits, and attrition control.Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to reduce frontline attrition.Manage employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary cases.Ensure statutory and labor law compliance for all assigned stores.Review HR reports, attrition data, and productivity metrics and share insights with leadership.Coordinate with Payroll, L&D, TA, and Corporate HR teams for smooth HR operations.Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.Key Requirements4-6 years of HR experience (HRBP role preferred).Mandatory experience in handling large frontline workforce operations in high-volume environments.Strong experience in bulk hiring and managing multi-location operations.Good knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and labor compliance.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel across Karnataka and Kerala.Preference will be given to female candidates.
