Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Head Office, Gurugram Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing initiatives for the Retail as well as F&B division, ensuring alignment with the brand’s strategic objectives. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing campaigns on social media, enhancing the brand presence, and driving awareness, engagement and collaboration for Retail and F&B outlets. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including increasing awareness, sales, and customer loyalty. Design campaigns tailored for airport travelers, targeting both domestic and international audiences. Collaborate with Airport marketing teams to ensure synergy between all Airports and IRHPL’s marketing initiatives. Prepare Marketing Calendar in conjunction with B&M, Airport Marketing team and social media agency. Brand Management Maintain and enhance the brand image of IRHPL outlets by curating compelling stories and visuals. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Social Media and Digital Marketing Work with the social media agency to design and implement campaigns focused on the Retail and F&B division. Optimize digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.) to attract travelers and showcase offerings. Public Relations and Event Coordination Coordinate with the PR agency to secure media coverage for new openings, promotions, and unique offerings. Plan and execute promotional events at airport locations, collaborating with stakeholders as needed. Strategically position IRHPL group of companies as top and preferred voice in the travel retail segment. Analytics and Reporting Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Partnerships and Stakeholder Management Liaise with airport authorities, vendors, and third-party agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution. Develop partnerships with travel influencers, airlines, and tourism boards to amplify the IRHPL brands. Key Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, hospitality, or travel sectors. Experience working with agencies (PR and social media). Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Skills: Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the travel retail and F&B sectors. o Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.). o Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
