OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced AI to drive strategic initiatives and lead technical teams in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. This role is pivotal in shaping our Industry 4.0 journey—transforming processes, enabling intelligent automation, and creating enterprise‑scale competitive advantage.What You’ll LeadArchitect and deploy large‑scale ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI systems (LLMs, VLMs, diffusion models, multimodal).Define and execute AI/ML strategy aligned with organizational goals and Industry 4.0 initiatives.Oversee scalable ML pipelines ensuring robustness, reliability, and efficiency.Provide technical leadership in MLOps, governance, and deployment across edge and cloud.Collaborate with executives, product leaders, and domain experts to drive AI‑powered innovation.Mentor and grow data scientists, ML engineers, and research teams.Represent the company in conferences, partnerships, and technical forums as a thought leader.QualificationMaster’s/PhD in CS, Data Science, or AI/ML.10+ years in ML/Deep Learning, with 3+ years in leadership roles.Proven track record of deploying AI at scale across industries (manufacturing, healthcare, finance, logistics).Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.Hands‑on with Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, diffusion, transformers, VLMs).Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, transfer learning.Deep understanding of distributed systems, HPC, and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and responsible AI.Research orientation with exposure to publications, patents, or open‑source contributions.Experience: 5 to 7 yearsNotice Period: Immediate to 90 daysLocation: Pan IndiaIf interested, please share your resumes to
