We’re looking for a Creative content Strategist to drive growth across our Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate has scaled social channels like IG & YT from 0 → 10K/50K/100K+, is hands-on with scripting, and knows how to manage content production end-to-end. If you thrive at the intersection of storytelling, growth, and program management, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: ● Content Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to scale YouTube and Instagram organically. ● Content Creation: Script engaging video/podcast content and repurpose across formats. ● Production Management: Manage editors and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality output. ● Podcast Support: Contribute to podcast scripting, hosting support, and repurposing. ● Optimization: Use analytics, AI tools, and social media algorithms to improve performance.
