Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Visa Advisor specializing in Australia, based in Ahmedabad. The individual will provide end-to-end guidance and counseling to students seeking to pursue education in Australia. Responsibilities include evaluating and advising students on visa requirements and processes, assisting with admission applications to Australian universities, reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of required documentation, and providing updates on visa policies. The role also involves regular communication with students, families, and associated institutions to ensure a seamless experience. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with students and familiesExperience in Student Counseling and providing personalized education-related guidanceExcellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in EnglishCustomer Service orientation with a focus on delivering professional and courteous supportBackground or knowledge in Education and international student visa processes for AustraliaAttention to detail and ability to manage documentation and applications accuratelyKnowledge of Australian education systems, institutions, and visa regulations is highly desirable
