Job Title: Finance Associate Qualification: MBA (Finance) Experience: Fresher (0–2 years)Location: Pune, WakadEmployment Type: Full-time Role Overview: The Finance Associate will support the finance, sales, and operations teams by managing invoice creation, billing operations, CRM handling, customer coordination, and daily accounting tasks. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in finance with exposure to sales coordination, CRM management, international billing, and customer communication, along with accounting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage Invoice & Billing activities for the sales team. ● Handle CRM software updates (customer details, deals, invoices, payment status, follow-ups). ● Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. ● Coordinate with customers regarding billing, payments, contracts, and account details. ● Prepare and share invoices, bills, credit notes, payment receipts, and quotations. ● Handle basic international billing, foreign invoices, and client payment coordination. ● Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial entries. ● Perform data entry in accounting / CRM software. ● Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliations. ● Track payment follow-ups and outstanding invoices using CRM / Excel. ● Maintain and organize financial and customer documentation. ● Support monthly & yearly closing activities. ● Prepare reports such as: ○ Expense statements ○ GST data ○ Customer outstanding reports ○ Ledger reports ● Coordinate with the sales and management team for the required data. ● Ensure all customer and billing records are accurate in CRM and accounting software. Required Skills: ● Basic knowledge of Accounting / Finance / Billing ● Basic understanding of International billing and foreign payment processes ● Understanding of CRM software (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce / any CRM) preferred ● Good communication skills for customer handling ● Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)● Understanding of GST, TDS (added advantage) ● Attention to detail and accuracy ● Ability to manage multiple tasks (Finance + CRM + Customer coordination) Preferred Skills (Good to have): ● Experience with Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks ● Experience with CRM tools ● Knowledge of Export invoices / foreign remittance / international clients' billing ● Experience in IT / Service company billing
