As an AI-driven organization, we expect candidates to be comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to enhance prospecting, research, client communication, and sales efficiency.This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, and strategic business development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales and business development strategiesIdentify new business opportunities and generate qualified leadsDrive revenue growth through client acquisition and account expansionManage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closureConduct market research and competitor analysisBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsMonitor sales performance and prepare forecasting reportsCollaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goalsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field3–5 years of experience in Business Development, SaaS Sales, or B2B SalesRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales strategy and revenue generation capabilitiesProven experience in client acquisition and lead generationGood understanding of market analysis and sales forecastingExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to manage and close high-value accountsFamiliarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar)Awareness and practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-driven productivity or research tools to improve sales effectiveness
