Role Summary: Lead the design and development of high-performance consumer goods (casseroles and leakproof food storage). You will be responsible for managing a team, anticipating design failures through rigorous DFMEA, and ensuring on-time delivery through creative, proactive problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing design team; oversee resource allocation and project timelines.Risk Mitigation (DFMEA): Lead Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to identify and resolve potential issues before they reach production.Creative Troubleshooting: Proactively overcome technical bottlenecks to ensure /"First Time Right/" designs and on-time market delivery.Manufacturing Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end design of leakproof food storage and thermal casseroles using:Processes: Plastic Injection Moulding and PET Blow Moulding.Materials: Expert-level knowledge of PP, PET, and ABS.Candidate ProfileExperience: 9+ years in plastic product designTechnical Mastery: Proven track record in Injection and Blow Moulding for household/consumer goods.Software: Expert in 3D CAD SolidWorksAbout US:All Time Plastics Limited is located in Mumbai, the financial capital of India.
