Design Development:Study the IFC Drawings product wise and structural calculations.Develop detailed fabrication drawings with technical accuracy and completeness as per the deadlines.Ensure designs adhere to project specifications and standards.Identify and report potential issues that could impact the production process.Technical Coordination:Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to validate design details.Assist in resolving discrepancies or conflicts between different disciplines.Support cross-functional coordination for designs review and approval.Provide technical support and clarification to the production team.Quality Assurance:Follow quality control measures during the design process.Participate in audits of design documents to ensure adherence to quality standards.Team Support & Continuous Improvement:Participate in Daily Standup Meetings (DSM) to review progress, address issues, and align on daily goals.Actively contribute to a positive and productive work environment.Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance design processes and outcomes.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, and other relevant tools.Capable in developing, reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and technical specifications.Able to provide precise details and accurate dimensions for designs.Able to read and interpret IFC drawings and technical specifications.Understanding of construction and fabrication processes.Skilled in facades engineering.DocumentationAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Decision Making.
