Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing Strategy: Identify and attract qualified SAP candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Naukri), and professional networks.Role Definition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, such as specific SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM), SAP S/4HANA, or ABAP development.Candidate Screening: Conduct technical screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and managing the candidate experience.Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain a database of candidates for future needs and report on recruitment metrics.QualificationsExperience: 5–10 years of experience in SAP/IT recruitment experience is mustTechnical Knowledge: Understanding of SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HCM), SAP S/4HANA, and development tools (ABAP, Fiori).Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and networking tools.Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal***Note: We are looking for Only-Immediate Joiners
