Role Description The Techno-Commercial Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, following up on sales inquiries, and developing commercial strategies. The role requires strong communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, involving close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Commercial Management and general Commercial operationsProficiency in Following Up with clients and stakeholders to maintain workflowsExcellent Communication skills for both internal team interactions and external client engagementExpertise in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and manage client queries effectivelyAnalytical problem-solving ability to support technical and commercial decision-makingBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant fieldExperience in a techno-commercial role or similar field is preferred
