Job Title

Key Responsibilities: Assist teams from around the globe in delivering Projects from the India office. Should have good proficiency in using Rhino and Sketchup modelling software.Shall be assisting in building 3D geometry for building simulation in IES VE, Sketchup, Rhino etc. Perform Daylighting, Glare, and Thermal simulations using IES VE, Open Studio, Radiance, and equivalent software.Should be able to perform parametric and sensitivity analysis of passive design elements in a building for the concept design stage. Essential Skills:Master’s degree in architecture/integrated design/building performance or equivalent.Minimum of 6 Years of working experience in sustainable building design such as energy modelling for Leed Certification, PRM, Part L, NABERS, Energy auditing, Zero Energy and Zero Carbon building design.Experience in interpreting Architectural, HVAC and other Construction-related drawings, HVAC Equipment specifications etc.Conversant with modelling software like Rhino, Revit, Sketchup, and Radiance.
