Technically strong in detail designing and site execution.Capturing design suggestions given by Principal Architect and converting them to effective technical formulation and design development strategies.Must have worked in organization adhering to system and process. Must have experience to deliver projects under a structured SOP.Experience with BIM 360 is an advantage.To understand and practice the core values of the practice.Flexibility in exploring new design directions.Engaging to minimize critical path impact on overall schedule of tasks.Clearly and concisely communicate with both internal team members and consultants throughout project duration regarding design development, project execution and follow through.He will drive the learning initiative of the teamTeam handling abilities in terms of scheduling tasks, communication with all the team members,communication /updates to clients,Generating critical paths.Software Capabilities :Should have thorough working knowledge of Revit BIM enabling applications.
