The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating high-quality, photorealistic architectural visualizations, particularly for hotel and interior design projects.Key RequirementsAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk 3ds MaxAbility to produce high-quality renders using V-Ray and/or Corona RendererExperience importing SketchUp models into 3ds Max and managing professional scene setup and rendering workflowsAt least intermediate-level SketchUp skillsStrong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and post-productionExperience working on hotel and interior design visualization projectsAbility to work efficiently, manage multiple revisions, and meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to participate in meetings and communicate effectively in EnglishJob ResponsibilitiesOptimize models received from SketchUp within the 3ds Max environmentSet up scenes, assign materials, adjust lighting, and produce high-quality rendersCreate 3D models based on 2D drawings or reference images when requiredManage revision cycles efficiently and accuratelyProduce photorealistic visualizations for hotel and interior design projectsApplication ProcessInterested candidates are requested to share their updated CV and portfolio.
