Ltd.Location: Greater Noida / Delhi NCRSalary: ₹6 LPAWorking: 6 Days a WeekJoining: Immediate or Short Notice PreferredIMPORTANT – Please Apply Only If To ensure relevant applications, please apply only if you meet ALL of the following criteria: • Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing industry• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a design or estimation team• Strong experience in office furniture such as workstations, desks, storage, sofas, and modular systems• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and furniture construction drawings• Experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation Applicants from interior design firms, architecture firms, or residential furniture companies without manufacturing exposure may not be considered.Key Responsibilities 1. Design Team Leadership • Lead and manage a team of Design Engineers and Estimation Engineers• Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and estimates• Ensure designs meet client requirements, production feasibility, and cost targets• Improve design workflow, documentation, and drawing standards2. Value Engineering & Cost Optimization • Drive material optimization and cost reduction initiatives• Identify alternative materials and construction techniques• Work with estimation team to ensure competitive and accurate costing3. Project Design Support • Provide design support to sales and project teams• Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and product specifications• Support customized furniture requirements for client projects4.
