About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and business-focused Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst with strong experience in spend analytics, rebate analysis, financial analytics and process planning and documentation. The role will support strategic decision-making through financial planning, analytics, cost optimization, and pricing insights, working closely with Procurement, Commercial, and Operations teams.The ideal candidate combines strong financial modelling skills with a solid understanding of financial strategies, supplier economics, and pricing/rebate structures to drive profitability and cost efficiency.Job Description:Designation : Finance Planning & AnalystReporting to : Senior Executive AccountsLocation : BangaloreQualification : BCom/ M com/MBA or CA/CMAExperience : 8-10 years of experience / 3-5 years PQE for CA/CMAMandatory SkillsAnalyze accruals, actual spend, and rebate programs to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecast alignmentReview and validate rebate calculations, ensuring proper mapping and allocation across Marmon entitiesPartner with Procurement and Finance teams to track, reconcile, and optimize rebate incomeReview supplier contracts and commercial agreements to analyze spend patterns, rebate terms, and complianceConduct detailed spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and pricing inefficienciesSupport evaluation of preferred supplier programs, comparing Marmon-preferred suppliers versus entity-specific suppliersProvide financial insights to support decisions on supplier consolidation and sourcing strategiesEnsure rebate and spend data accuracy within financial systems and reporting toolsPrepare management reports highlighting rebate performance, spend variances, and procurement savingsRequired Qualifications8-10 years of FP&A experience (/MBA) or 3-5 years (CA/CMA), preferably with demonstrated experience partnering with Procurement and Rebate teamsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reporting) and familiarity with Microsoft Office and BI tools.Effective communication skills to collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Business stakeholdersAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proactive, self-driven mindset with a continuous improvement approach
