Position Title: Safety OfficerHiring Unit: Kukurdih Cement Works Qualification: Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering, Must Have Qualification: ADISExperience in Years: 5+ yearsRequired Skills: Risk Assessment and Management, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, TrailJob Description:Ensure 100% compliance of safety related statutory requirement as per state rules and Factory act. Must have through knowledge on SAP for raising PRIncident Investigation: Investigate accidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.Coordination and participation in internal FPSA, SPSA, CFSA and external audits TPSA and ensuring 100% compliances of audit findings.Conduct WTl/SBO/CAPA must have basics for analysing the observations and ensure 100% completion of observations by guiding line management team.Coordinate/participate in all subcommittee's/Standards meetings and participation in all sub committees meeting, Regular monitoring & review on outcomes noncomplianceOrganizing different safety promotional activities, organizing safety theme of the month and interact with shop floor employeesDevelop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.Conduct safety training on all standards for all employees, contract workmen, review its gap analysis and ensure its effectiveness and review SOP/SWP through JCC.Effective gap analysis of 6 FPE's /Lifesaving rule its action plan for implementation. Physical check of recommendations of RCN/BCNMentoring for workmen/TSO's and workmen for implementation of basic safe working culture. Developing all Safety Pro's on all Safety Standards
