Company: Boston Institute of AnalyticsLocation: Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (On-site)Employment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Education / EdTechAbout the RoleThe Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA) is looking for an HR Executive–Trainer Empanelment to support the sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of trainers for academic programs and corporate training initiatives.In this role, you will identify industry professionals, subject matter experts, and experienced trainers across various technology and business domains. The position involves trainer sourcing, relationship management, onboarding coordination, and maintaining a structured trainer network to support both academic and corporate training programs.Key ResponsibilitiesTrainer Sourcing & EmpanelmentIdentify and connect with trainers and subject matter experts for programs in areas such as data science, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, digital marketing, business analytics, and finance-related domains.Source trainers through professional networks, job platforms, and industry referrals.Maintain an updated database and pipeline of qualified trainers from academia and industry.Corporate Training Trainer Pool DevelopmentIdentify and empanel trainers for corporate B2B training initiatives.Coordinate with internal teams to align trainer expertise with project-specific training requirements.Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain professional relationships with trainers and industry experts.Coordinate with trainers to understand their expertise, availability, and preferred training formats, such as classroom sessions, virtual training, workshops, or bootcamps.Trainer Onboarding & CoordinationManage trainer onboarding processes, including documentation, agreements, and internal coordination.Ensure trainers are briefed on internal guidelines and operational processes before training assignments.Trainer Evaluation & Quality MonitoringSupport trainer evaluation processes such as demo sessions, feedback collection, and trainer performance reviews.Ensure trainers meet the organization’s academic and professional standards.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in trainer sourcing, talent acquisition, academic partnerships, or corporate training coordination is preferred.Familiarity with professional networking platforms and online sourcing tools.Experience sourcing trainers or subject matter experts for technology or professional training programs is an advantage.Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple trainer onboarding processes simultaneously.Good organizational and coordination skills.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in EdTech, corporate training, or learning & development environments.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or online training platforms is a plus.Why Join Boston Institute of AnalyticsOpportunity to work with industry professionals and subject matter experts across emerging technology domains.Exposure to trainer management and corporate training programs within the EdTech ecosystem.Collaborative work environment focused on professional learning and development.About Boston Institute of AnalyticsBoston Institute of Analytics is one of the top-ranked international education and training institutes, headquartered in Boston, USA, with 107 campuses across 7+ countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, South Africa, and India.
