The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales for prefab structures across different sectors.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development● Identify and generate new business opportunities in the PEB / Prefabricated building sector.● Develop relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and corporate clients.● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.2. Sales & Client Handling● Present company products and solutions to potential clients.● Understand client requirements and propose suitable prefabricated structure solutions.● Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.3. Project Coordination● Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure project execution.● Maintain regular communication with clients during project progress.4. Target Achievement● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update management regularly.Requirements● Education: Diploma / B.Tech / MBA (Marketing preferred)● Experience: 1–5 years in PEB / Prefabricated structures / Construction / Building materials sales● Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may also apply.● Good communication and negotiation skills.● Willing to travel for client meetings and project discussions.
