Locations: Karnal, Chandigarh, JalandharThe Area Sales Manager (ASM) will lead our sales efforts in the assigned territory. The ASM will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners, executing brand-building initiatives, and supporting frontline sales operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing channel-based sales networks.1. Sales & Business Development - Achieve assigned sales targets (primary & secondary) for the region across all product categories — automotive, industrial, and inverter batteries.2. Channel Management & Expansion - Plan and execute channel expansion strategies — including appointment of new dealers/distributors where necessary.3. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking : Regularly monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.4.People Management & Team Development : Lead, coach, and manage a team of Area Sales Executives / Territory Sales In-charges.
