Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Tata Research Institute Project in Hyderabad. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, project execution expertise, and a strong focus on high-quality finishing standards. The role involves managing the complete construction lifecycle and ensuring the project is delivered on time with excellent quality.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the overall execution of the project from planning to completion.Ensure high-quality finishing standards in all civil and architectural works.Monitor project schedule, cost, and progress to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow.Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship standards.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.Prepare progress reports and project updates for management.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.Experience15 – 20 Years of experience in construction project management.Experience in institutional / research / commercial building projects preferred.Strong experience in handling finishing works and quality control.Key SkillsStrong Leadership and Team ManagementExcellent Finishing and Quality Control ExpertiseProject Planning & ExecutionClient and Consultant CoordinationProblem Solving and Decision Making
