Autodesk, Kaspersky, Adobe are other products listed now.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Support Engineer to assist the sales team in supporting enterprise software solutions including Microsoft 365, Adobe products, and Autodesk solutions such as AutoCAD. The role involves customer interaction, product demonstrations, technical clarification, and assisting with solution recommendations. Position: Technical Sales Support EngineerExperience: 0–3 YearsLocation: BangaloreQualification: B.E / B.Tech / BSc / BCA (IT, Computer Science or related fields) QualificationsKnowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Exchange OnlineExperience in technical support, helpdesk, or pre-sales rolesInterest in enterprise software and technology consultingUnderstanding of software licensing conceptsStrong communication and presentation skillsCustomer-focused mindset and willingness to learnKey Responsibilities Provide technical support to the sales team during customer discussions and product evaluations. Assist in product demonstrations and presentations for Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AutoCAD. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Respond to technical queries related to product features, licensing, and deployment. Support in preparation of technical proposals and solution documentation. Coordinate with vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Autodesk when required. Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and onboarding guidance.Preferred SkillsBasic understanding of Microsoft 365 cloud toolsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud productsExposure to AutoCAD or other Autodesk software
