Manager in Asia.Join a young and dynamic international team!ROLE OVERVIEWReporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, the Regional Marketing Manager Asia will lead and coordinate all marketing and communication activities across Asian markets (APAC including China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, India and Oceania).Your main mission is to:Deploy the global marketing strategy across AsiaStrengthen brand visibility and industrial authority in regional marketsGenerate qualified B2B industrial leadsSupport local sales development and market penetrationIn addition to strategic leadership, you will coordinate digital marketing, events, PR and marketing communication initiatives across Asian markets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (non-exhaustive)Marketing Strategy & Regional LeadershipDeploy and execute the global marketing and communication strategy across Asian marketsSupervise marketing activities across China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Taiwan, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and other APAC marketsEnsure alignment between global marketing objectives and local executionAct as the main interface between Group management, Asian teams and external partnersManage cross-cultural communication and regional market adaptationAsia Marketing CoordinationCoordinate marketing activities across Asian markets.Directly supervise the Social Media & Website Content Manager Asia, responsible for:SEO strategy and organic visibilitywebsite content managementsocial media communication across Asian platformsEnsure alignment between SEO, website content and social media strategy and the overall marketing objectives.Define priorities, objectives and KPIs for digital marketing performance.Coordinate marketing initiatives with external partners and regional stakeholders.Digital Acquisition & Performance ManagementSupervise digital marketing performance across global and regional search ecosystems across Asia.Coordinate and supervise SEA activities outsourced to external partners, including:Google AdsBing AdsBaidu Ads (China)Naver Ads (Korea)Yahoo Japan Ads (Japan)Responsibilities include:coordination with external SEA agenciesmonitoring campaign performance and ROIdefining regional acquisition prioritiesensuring alignment with overall marketing strategySupervise SEO strategy and website optimization performed internally by the Social Media & Website Content Manager Asia, including search engines such as:GoogleBingBaidu (China)Naver (Korea)Yahoo JapanSupervise the development of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives performed internally by the Social Media & Website Content Manager Asia, to improve the company’s visibility across AI-driven search and generative platforms, including:ChatGPTGeminiDeepSeekother emerging AI search and generative discovery platformsMonitor and optimize digital acquisition performance through:traffic generationlead generationconversion ratescampaign ROIContent Strategy & LocalizationWork closely with the Social Media & Website Content Manager Asia to ensure SEO optimization and content performance across Asian marketsEnsure adaptation of English industrial content produced in Europe for Asian marketsOversee translation and localization of content into Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Southeast Asian languagesMaintain brand consistency and technical accuracy across all channelsEvents, Trade Shows & Customer MarketingSupervise and coordinate marketing events across Asia.Organization of trade shows in China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, India and other regional marketsCoordination of technical customer events at client facilitiesOrganization of Tech Days and partner eventsIntegration of events into the lead generation strategyAnalysis of event performance and return on investmentPublic Relations & Media VisibilityDevelop EC International Group’s industrial visibility across Asian media ecosystems.Build relationships with industrial and economic media across AsiaManage press releases and regional media communicationCoordinate interviews and visibility in digital press and TV channelsSupport communication around major milestones such as:Investmentsnew facilitiesnew machinesexhibitions and trade showsEmail Marketing & Lead GenerationManage regional email marketing initiatives supporting marketing campaigns and events.Creation and management of newsletters and marketing campaignsInvitations to trade shows and technical eventsMonitoring campaign performance (open rates, click rates and engagement)Contribution to lead nurturing strategiesMarketing Materials & Sales SupportSupport regional sales teams through marketing communication assets adapted to Asian markets.Creation and localization of brochures and marketing materialsDevelopment of sales presentations and marketing visualsEnsuring brand consistency across regional communication assetsClient References & Case StudiesPromote EC International Group’s REQUIRED:You are the right candidate if:You have solid experience as a Marketing Manager or Regional Marketing ManagerYou have experience working across Asian or international marketsYou are comfortable managing multi-country marketing strategiesYou combine strategic vision with operational execution capabilitiesYou are data-driven and performance-orientedExperience in industrial or B2B environments is a strong advantage.KEY SKILLS:Strong expertise in B2B marketing and international marketing strategyExperience in event marketing and trade showsExperience in public relations and
