By blending science with mindfulness, we empower people to take small meaningful steps towards a balanced mind, kind heart and a more fulfilling life at home, at work and beyond.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Admission Officer at our Head office, Kochi Kerala (with travel/shift to other regional centres as required)Counsel prospective students and parents regarding program features, admission process, eligibility, and career prospects.Handle inbound inquiries from leads generated via various marketing campaigns (calls, WhatsApp, website, social media).Assist candidates throughout the application process: form filling, document submission, payment support, and interview scheduling.Maintain accurate records of student data and interactions in CRM or internal systems.Make outbound calls to leads generated from online/offline sources and qualify them for admissions.Follow up with interested prospects via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to ensure maximum lead conversion.Resolve queries related to courses, faculty, fees, scholarships, and deadlines.Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.Provide timely updates to team leads or reporting managers regarding lead status and challenges.Strong Communication & Presentation skills, both verbal and written, to connect with students, parents, and staff.Ability to build rapport with students and parents, and to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment.Organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting students' needs and supporting their academic journey.Familiarity with the Education sector, including knowledge of study programs and career pathways, is highly desirableBachelor’s degree . Prior experience in student counselling is an advantage but not mandatory.
