Skill-SAP FICO(Treasury and Cash Management)Experience Required-8+ YearsLocation-HyderabadNotice-Immediate-30 DaysThe ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Finance and strong leadership skills.Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Treasury and Cash Management solutions in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.Optimize liquidity, streamline bank connectivity, and ensure accurate financial operations.Manage and own all aspects of FICO deliverables, including configuration and functional specification documents.Lead and guide a team of SAP consultants, providing valuable expertise and mentorship.Conduct business requirements gathering and solutioning workshops, translating business needs into SAP designs.Configure Cash Positioning, Liquidity Forecasting, Bank Account Management (BAM), and Bank Connectivity.Implement Bank Reconciliation, Cash Application, and Treasury workflows for payments and cash operations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Treasury and Cash Management.Provide technical support and guidance to the team, identifying risks and estimating efforts.Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure successful project delivery.Qualifications:Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP Finance, with a focus on AP, AR, GL,FA, and other sub-modules.Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Treasury & Cash Management, including Cash Positioning, Liquidity Planning, and BCM.Practical experience in Bank Integration (SWIFT, APIs, EBICS, or similar) and Cash Application.Solid understanding of end-to-end Treasury processes, including payments, liquidity, and risk management.Ability to translate business requirements into SAP designs and configurations.Experience in conducting business requirements workshops and solutioning.Hands-on experience in Application Support, Global Rollouts, Training, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.Well-versed with Agile project implementation methodology and various issue tracking and testing tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. with Finance specialization or any other relevant qualification. Preference will be given to Certified CA or ICWA candidates
